To honor this commitment, we provide a Lifetime Warranty on the plating of all our 18Kt gold plated jewelry pieces, so you can adorn yourself with elegance, every single day.

Lifetime Warranty Details

Our Lifetime Warranty covers the plating of your ADORNMENTS jewelry, ensuring its durability and shine over time. Whether it’s worn at work, the gym, or even in the shower, our jewelry is crafted to keep up with your lifestyle.

Claim Process

If you experience any tarnishing issues, follow these simple steps to initiate a claim:
 

  • Capture the Issue: Take a clear photograph of the tarnished or affected item.

  • Email Us: Send an email to care@adornments.in with:

  • Your order number

  • The photo evidence

  • A brief description of the issue.


Self-Ship the Item: Carefully package and self-ship the product to our official address:
319-A Awasthi Market, Hamirpur Road, Machhariya Chauraha, Naubasta, Kanpur-208021.

Include your courier details along with the AWB number in your email.

Once we receive the product and verify the claim, we will issue store credit according to the following terms:

Credit Terms
 

  • Within 0-6 Months: 50% of the invoice value.

  • Within 6-12 Months: 20% of the invoice value.

  • After 12 Months: 10% of the invoice value.


Note: Store credits will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following instances are not covered under the warranty policy:
 

  • Breakage or damage caused by normal wear and tear.

  • Third-party alterations, including resizing or modifications.

  • Loss of stones or zirconia crystals due to mishandling.

  • Damage to crystals or stones resulting from improper care.

  • Luxury handcrafted sets are excluded from warranty coverage.

ADORNMENTS jewelry is designed for everyday wear, ensuring you can flaunt it at the beach, the gym, or even during a swim. With ADORNMENTS, there are no strict rules—just adorn it, love it, and let it shine!
For optimal longevity:
 

  • Avoid rough handling or harsh impacts on stones or crystals.

  • Store your pieces individually to prevent scratching.

  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed.

Additional Warranty Policies

To further align with our mission of being the future of jewelry, we are pleased to introduce these policies:

Damage Assistance Program: For accidental breakage, we offer repair services at a discounted rate—because your jewelry deserves a second chance to shine!

Replacement Assurance: For lost components like earring backs or clasps, we offer a free replacement (once) within the first 3 months of purchase.
