Domestic Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 to 56 business hours. However, some orders, like pre-order items or high-demand products, may take additional time to ship. Once dispatched, delivered in 5 to 7 business days. For your convenience, we offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders.

International Shipping

For customers outside India, international orders may take 18 to 20 business days to reach you, depending on the destination and customs processes.

Delivery Inspection

We take utmost care in packing your order, but if you receive a product in poor condition or find that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged:
 

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • Deny the order at the time of delivery and notify our care team immediately.

  • Mention your order ID so we can issue a replacement free of cost without any delay.
